An architectural project that raises questions

The ALEBA section has just become aware, by chance, of a public architectural project concerning the buildings currently occupied by Quintet.

While the bank's Management announced, in January 2025, that Quintet would not be relocating, this information raises questions. Your ALEBA Staff Delegates will therefore not fail to approach Management in order to obtain clarifications on this matter.

For our ALEBA trade union section, even though our preference remains, for reasons of accessibility and quality of working life, to stay in the City, in premises which would nonetheless deserve certain improvements and renovations (particularly in terms of heating and air conditioning), our absolute priority remains and will remain employment. Regardless of where we may be based in the short or medium term, safeguarding jobs remains our number one concern.

As our motto reminds us: “Our job, defending yours.”
